Registration

This Conference will be held on March 7, 2016 in conjunction with our Annual Commercial Aviation Industry Suppliers Conference at the Beverly Wilshire in Beverly Hills, CA. The registration fee of $1,200 is payable in advance and includes Breakfast, Lunch, and Cocktail Reception on March 7. Checks should be made payable to SpeedNews.

Cancellation Policy

Registrants who are unable to attend the Conference will receive a refund on written cancellations received prior to January 25, 2015. Cancellations received between January 25 and February 14, 2015 will be subject to a $200 processing fee. Regrettably, no refunds will be granted after February 14, 2015. However, a substitute registrant may be designated in lieu of the original registrant [or Conference materials will be sent in lieu of a refund after the Conference]. Please advise us of the substitute name in advance. Cancellations must be sent via fax to the attention of Joanna Speed at +1-913-514 6872. SpeedNews reserves the right to cancel any program and assumes no responsibility for personal expenses.
