This Conference will be held on April 8-9, 2015 at the Terranea Resort in Palos Verdes (Los Angeles), California. The registration fee of $1,500 is payable in advance and includes the Conference, Breakfast, Lunch, Closing Reception, and Tour of Aerospace Facilities in the Los Angeles area on April 9. Discounts are available for those interested in also attending SpeedNews Additive Manufacturing Briefing on April 7 at the same venue. You may "add" this event during your registration to receive the discount.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received by March 22, 2015 will be refunded in full. Cancellations received between March 23 and March 29, 2015 will be subject to a $375 processing fee. Regrettably, no refunds will be granted after March 30, 2015. A substitute registrant may be designated in lieu of the original registrant. Hotel Accommodations

Admission Policy/Required Proof of Business
All persons planning to attend SpeedNews Conferences must be registered. Individuals who cannot document their direct, professional affiliation to the trade are not qualified to attend these conferences.

Meetings, Events & Seminars
All meetings, events and seminars must be registered with Penton Media, Inc. d/b/a SpeedNews Conferences (Show Management). Meetings, events and seminars not designated or organized as a part of the show, are not permitted during Conference hours. Events, seminars and meetings must be registered and approved with SpeedNews Conferences. 

Identification policy/ Right to Verify Identity
Identification is required at all times while attending SpeedNews Conferences. Show Management the right to verify the identity of any persons, accepting and/or using a show badge. Any person found using another person‘s badge will have the badge confiscated and will be asked to leave the premises or correctly register.

Hold Harmless Policy
You hereby agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless, and to the maximum extent permissible under applicable law you hereby expressly release and discharge, SpeedNews Conferences, Show Management, its affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, vendors, agents, contractors, and owners ("Related Parties") from any and all alleged and/or actual liability, claims, actions, lawsuits, costs, fees (including reasonable attorney fees), proceedings, expenses, damages, or losses, of any kind ("Claim") in connection with, or which arise out of or result from, your attendance at and/or participation in the event, including but not limited to any Claim for property damage and/or personal injuries, whether as a result of your negligence or willful misconduct, your violation of these or any other policies of, or agreements with, SpeedNews Conferences, Show Management or the event venue, your violation of any applicable law, regulation, rule, or ordinance, or otherwise, in each case whether or not foreseeable, and in each case except to the extent such Claim is directly caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of SpeedNews Conferences, Show Management.

Right to Deny or Remove
We reserve right to deny admission to, or remove any party from, SpeedNews Conferences for any reason.
