This two-day Conference will be held on May 3-4, 2016, at the Belmond Charleston Place in Charleston, SC. The registration fee of $1597 is payable in advance and includes Breakfast, Lunch, and a Cocktail Reception on May 3, Breakfast and Lunch on May 4.
Cancellation PolicyCancellations received by April 17, 2016 will be refunded in full. Cancellations received between April 18 and April 24, 2016 will be subject to a $375 processing fee. Regrettably, no refunds will be granted after April 24, 2016. A substitute registrant may be designated in lieu of the original registrant. Meetings, events and seminars not designated or organized as a part of the show, are not permitted during Conference hours. Events, seminars and meetings must be registered and approved with SpeedNews Conferences. Identification policy/ Right to Verify IdentityIdentification is required at all times while attending SpeedNews Conferences. Show Management the right to verify the identity of any persons, accepting and/or using a show badge. Any person found using another person‘s badge will have the badge confiscated and will be asked to leave the premises or correctly register.Hold Harmless PolicyYou hereby agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless, and to the maximum extent permissible under applicable law you hereby expressly release and discharge, SpeedNews Conferences, Show Management, its affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, vendors, agents, contractors, and owners ("Related Parties") from any and all alleged and/or actual liability, claims, actions, lawsuits, costs, fees (including reasonable attorney fees), proceedings, expenses, damages, or losses, of any kind ("Claim") in connection with, or which arise out of or result from, your attendance at and/or participation in the event, including but not limited to any Claim for property damage and/or personal injuries, whether as a result of your negligence or willful misconduct, your violation of these or any other policies of, or agreements with, SpeedNews Conferences, Show Management or the event venue, your violation of any applicable law, regulation, rule, or ordinance, or otherwise, in each case whether or not foreseeable, and in each case except to the extent such Claim is directly caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of SpeedNews Conferences, Show Management.
Right to Deny or RemoveWe reserve right to deny admission to, or remove any party from, SpeedNews Conferences for any reason.All conference policies are subject to change.
