For the 31st year, SpeedNews presents its Annual Commercial Aviation Industry Suppliers Conference in Beverly Hills, California, on March 13-15, 2017. Hear from aircraft and engine manufacturers on the status of their current programs and learn from industry experts about the financial status of the aviation industry. 

This Conference is geared towards equipment manufacturers, material suppliers, aviation analysts, financial institutions, and marketing executives, all of whom will walk away with new knowledge about the industry.

Registration

This two-day Conference will be held March 13-15, 2017 at Beverly Wilshire in Beverly Hills, CA. The registration fee of $2,397 is payable in advance and includes a Cocktail Reception on Monday evening, March 13, breakfast, lunch and a dinner party on Tuesday, March 14, and breakfast, lunch and a Farewell Reception on Wednesday, March 15. Spouses are invited to all evening events. Checks should be made payable to SpeedNews. 

Special rates are available for those interested in also attending SpeedNews‘ 7th Annual Aerospace Raw Materials & Manufacturers Supply Chain Conference on March 13, 2016 at the same venue. You may "add" this event during your registration to receive the discount.

Hotel Accommodations

If you haven‘t made bookings, the room block at the Beverly Wilshire is now full. Please contact the hotel‘s reservation department at +1-310-275-5200 to be placed on the waiting list. You may also contact us for assistance. Other hotels within walking distance of the Beverly Wilshire are the Luxe Rodeo Drive and SIXTY Beverly Hills. There is no negotiated group rate at these alternate hotels.

 
Cancellation Policy

Registrants who are unable to attend the Conference will receive a refund on written cancellations received prior to February 1, 2017. Cancellations received between February 1 and February 21, 2017 will be subject to a $500 processing fee. Regrettably, no refunds will be granted after February 21, 2017. However, a substitute registrant may be designated in lieu of the original registrant [or Conference materials will be sent in lieu of a refund after the Conference]. Please advise us of the substitute name in advance. Cancellations must be sent via fax to the attention of Joanna Speed at +1-913-514-6872. SpeedNews reserves the right to cancel any program and assumes no responsibility for personal expenses.
